Chiropractic is a nervous system based wellness care that uses adjustments to clear any interference on the nerves existing your spine, so those nerves can communicate clearly with all the muscles in your body. Chiropractic care helps regulate the nervous system between rest and digest to fight or flight and back again, as well as boosting the immune system and restoring health to every part of the body.

Danielle Shefet

Dr. Danielle Shefet, DC moved to Bishop in 2018 after spending summers in the Eastern Sierra rock climbing and exploring the vast wilderness that our mountains have to offer. She fell in love with both the desert and mountain terrain. After a snowboarding accident left her with severe low back pain, Danielle was recommended to go to a chiropractor. As a yoga and pilates instructor, she was able to incorporate different types of therapy to self heal. Through incorporating breath, movement and chiropractic care she could provide her patients with a more complete package of wellness. While exploring her chiropractic studies, Danielle found that chiropractic care could help with so much more than back pain. She fell in love with the neurology and philosophy behind chiropractic. After finishing her Doctorate in Chiropractic at Life Chiropractic College West, Danielle is excited to open her office in Bishop to provide quality holistic care to the community that she loves.
